This course is a basic starter designed for inexperienced or first-time puppy owners.
This mini-course was designed specifically to meet some of the challenges faced during the covid- 19 pandemic, but can also be applied at any time you may be unable to attend an in-person puppy class.
After completing this course, you will have knowledge, tools and tips for how to socialize your puppy during our challenging times.

Hi, I’m Sandy Reichert
Sandy is the ultimate dog lover! She holds a Certificate in Dog Training & Behavior from CATCH Canine Trainers Academy. Sandy has a certificate in Karen Pryor's "Puppy Start Right for Instructors" course. She has a Certificate in Professional Dog Walking from Langara College and operates a small dog-walking business. Sandy is constantly learning about dog behavior any chance she can by attending seminars and on-line courses. Sandy volunteers in her free time as a dog walker at the Surrey Animal Resources Center. Her training philosophy is science-based, positive training. Reward-based, positive training helps to build a trusting relationship with your dog.
